STEP BY STEP PROCESS

Mission evaluation
Confirm on an agreed ask price for the aircraft and evaluate the aircraft for any detail work, refurbishment or maintenance the plane needs for marketability. Dan Burnstein will personally evaluate the aircraft before going to market and bring any recommendations to you.

Listing presentation
A high-quality detailed specification sheet is produced using professional photographs. Our specification sheets are of the highest quality in our industry.

Marketing plan
Your aircraft is advertised in all major aviation sales websites and placed in print media with Controller Magazine. Broadcast ads are sent periodically to a database of over 5,000 aviation professionals.

Response
We take great pride in responding to clients 7 days a week whether by e-mail, phone or text. Dan Burnstein’s personal mobile number is provided in all advertising. When the client calls, he answers!

Showing
Dan Burnstein will personally meet the client for a showing. The plane will be detailed and strategically placed in a showroom type setting on a clean hangar floor. The aircraft will be powered on so that the avionics are all displayed including the cockpit and the airshow displays. The lights will be turned on in the cabin and music played from the CD player. A showing of the plane to typically take place at the home base of the plane. If the plane is to be shown elsewhere, it will require Owner approval and will only be suggested if OAS feels the showing will lead to an offer / sale.

Negotiations
Years of experience and knowledge of the marketplace allow OAS to maximize the amount you’ll receive for the sale of your plane. We sell it as if it was our own asset and will leave no money on the table! We don’t need a quick sale to earn a commission. We want you to gain every dollar you can for your asset and call us again for the next deal. We’re that good!

Contract
We work with the client through the letter of intent process and contract phase in producing an Aircraft Purchase Agreement. The contract phase is handled by our President, Mike Skow. He can often negotiate the terms of the contract without you having to endure the expense of an attorney. Our aircraft purchase agreement is a template we created after spending much time and expense with our aviation attorney. Of course, should you wish to have your attorney involved in the contract negotiations, we are happy to oblige.

Pre-Buy
We will negotiate fair terms for the pre-purchase inspection to make sure you are represented fairly. Our Director of Maintenance, Caleb Benner, has decades of experience and is a fierce negotiator in protecting the Seller during the pre-buy.

Closing
We will work with the title company and coordinate with all parties towards a successful closing.
